A Maryland State Trooper and a Secret Service Agent had their personal mail stolen from their home mail boxes. The outgoing checks were chemically altered and used to complete fraudulent purchases at various stores. Suspects are described as a white/male and white/female and they were operating a maroon Pontiac Sunfire with possible West Virginia Registration.
