Text Box: Rebecca Slaughter Morgantown Police are investigating the disappearance of 55 year old Rebecca Slaughter of Morgantown. Slaughter was reported missing by her son over the July 21st weekend. Slaughter was last seen on July 12th, 2006 and police indicate that there is no suspicious circumstances surrounding her disappearance. Slaughter’s vehicle was located since the filing of the report in Garrett County, Maryland. Police spent two days searching the area and police know of no reason for Slaughter to be in the Maryland area. Slaughter does not have any friends or family in the Garrett County area. Rebecca Slaughter is described as a white female with blue eyes and grey hair, 5’ 7” tall and approximately 130 pounds. Harrison County

Jeffrey Allen Stout was last scene on June 18, 2006 wearing blue jeans and dark colored western boots, unknown shirt.  Mr. Stout does have a drinking problem and medical condition that causes seizures.  Jeffrey A. Stout is described as a white male, 5’ 9” tall, 150 lbs and is 46 years of age.  Mr. Stout also has a left glass eye and multiple tattoos on arms and his name tattooed on his left shoulder.  Mr. Stout also walks with a noticeable limp.  If anyone has any information regarding the disappearance of Jeffrey Allen Stout, contact Detective Rick White with the Clarksburg Police Department at 304-624-1618 or email Det. On Wednesday night, December 1, 1999, Mary Geneva Friend and Marcus Maxine Stalnaker disappeared from their residence near Jane Lew, Lewis County, West Virginia.
