The Bridgeport Public Library is seeking applications for the part-time position of Library Aide. Qualified candidates must perform routine library tasks. Applicants must be able to work some weeknights and Saturdays, with a beginning hourly wage of $11.46 with an increase to $11.56 after successful completion of a one-year probationary period. Human Resource Director

The City of Bridgeport is seeking applications for the full-time position of Human Resource Director.  Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field; PHR/SHRM-CP or higher designation, six to eight years related experience and/or training in the Human Resource profession; or equivalent combination education and experience. Duties include recruitment, testing, orientation programs, maintains records on ADA, EEO programs. Knowledge of the practices of local government HR Administration; laws affecting personnel administration or other related skills desired. The City offers an excellent benefit package.
