PiYo Live is a low-impact, high-intensity workout that combines the muscle-sculpting, core-? rming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of yoga. It is an up tempo workout designed to build strength and increase flexibility by incorporating dynamic balance, athletic/dance conditioning and plyometrics in a rhythmic, nonspiritual approach to mind/body fitness. It is an ideal format for any level of fitness from beginners to advance with modifications and advanced options being provided to participants.
