Anyone who was impacted by the August Flooding Event. The Harrison County Disaster Recovery Center will be opening on February 06, 2024. Representatives will be at the Harrison County Courthouse located at 301 W Main Street, Clarksburg to assist you in the process of filing for assistance and to answer any questions you may have with the Process. Operational Hours will be Monday-Saturday 8 a.m. to 6p.m.

NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY! 

2 Hour Metered Parking available. 2 Hour Free Parking available at Jackson Square, also paid meter parking on the bottom level. FREE PARKING ON SATURDAY at all meters. WARNING: Most concrete parking lots throughout the City are Privately owned and rented on a Monthly basis. Please refrain from parking in them you can be towed by owner.
