Permit
required:
A permit shall be obtained before beginning new construction,
alteration, additions, demolition or repairs other than ordinary repairs
such as painting, wallpaper, carpeting, tile repairing drywall, changing
electric fixtures or plumbing fixtures. Ordinary repairs do not include
addition to, alteration of, or replacement of water supply, sewer, drainage,
drain leader, gas, soil, waste, vent or similar piping, electrical wiring,
or mechanical or other work for which a permit is required by the building
official.
Fee Schedule:
$15.00 for first THREE thousand
and $5.00 per thousand thereafter. Cost determined by total cost of materials
and labor. *** Construction amounts rounded to the next highest thousand***
