Welcome to the 5th Annual Bridgeport Benedum Festival Pageant. We are delighted that you have considered participating in our Pageant. All of our winners will receive a crown, banner, crown pin, scholarship or savings bond, trophy, and gift package. They will reign over the 2008 Bridgeport Benedum Festival July 11th & 12th. The winner in the Queen division will represent the Bridgeport Benedum Festival at the 2009 West Virginia Association of Fairs and Festival Queen’s Pageant in January at the Charleston Civic Center. She will also be the spokes person for the Benedum Festival and make various personal and TV appearances through out the year. Every contestant receives a pageant t-shirt, gift from L’Oreal USA, and more.

How to Enter:
(1.) Complete registration form.

(2.) Attach one clear B&W or color photo (no larger than 5 x 7). Please put your name on back. Photos will be used for photogenic judging and program book (one photo per contestant).

(3.) Entry fee paid according to age. Money orders (no personal checks) should be made out to "Bridgeport Benedum Festival Pageant".

(4) Registration forms and Ads for program book must be postmarked by May 17th. You may include payment for Ads and pageant entry fee on one money order. NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

All contestants will be judged on natural facial beauty, personality, poise, confidence, eye contact, overall stage presentation. Miss, Little, Tiny, & Baby will compete in party or flower girl dress (No glitz pageant dresses allowed). Pre-Teen will compete in t- length or evening gown. Queen & Teen contestants will compete in suits and evening gown and they will have a personal interview with the judges. Little, Miss and Pre-Teen will have an onstage question.

Ads for the program book. This is a nice way for family, friends, or businesses to wish their favorite contestant good luck. $3.00 for one line message, $25.00 ¼ page, $45.00 ½ page, and $85.00 for full page. Photos may be included in ads. Deadline is May 17th. This is not mandatory.
